WHAT I DO AT THE PROBATE PRO
Here at The Probate Pro, I primarily work with guardians and conservators to assist them through the probate process and with their fiduciary duties. I also help families navigate the complexities of transferring estate assets through probate and/or trust administration following the death of a loved one. Finally, I enjoy counseling clients on protecting their hard-earned assets and drafting custom estate planning documents to meet their individual needs.

WHO I AM
When everyone’s favorite question for me is: “So how many cats do you have right now?” …Does that make me a crazy cat lady?? I technically have only 4 of my own, but over the last several years I have fostered over 200 cats and kittens, so essentially my home has turned into a mini kitty sanctuary. As co-founder of a local no-kill animal rescue, the good news is you can get your estate plan completed AND adopt your next pet all in one!
In addition to being a (semi-crazy) cat lady, I am also a proud Spartan, SSI certified scuba diver, softball scorekeeper, and dual citizen of the USA and San Marino (a mountain in northern Italy).
As an attorney, I started my first few years litigating auto accidents, but eventually found my calling in probate and estate planning. Probate is an area of law that affects nearly everyone at some point, yet can be extremely difficult to navigate, especially during the tough times surrounding the need for it. Although experiencing loss isn’t required to have empathy and compassion, I lost my mother to cancer when I was a teenager, and I strive to be a better listener, counselor, and attorney for my clients because of it. If I can lift a burden off others following their own loss of a loved one, or give another the peace of mind that comes with a well-executed estate plan, it gives me purpose and peace as well. This career is also a very humble reminder that if we all threw our problems in a pile, we’d scramble to grab our own back again.
