As the Executive Operations Partner to the Owner & President of The Probate Pro, I serve as a strategic right hand in overseeing the day-to-day operations that help keep the firm running efficiently at a high level. My role goes far beyond traditional executive support. I help streamline workflows, manage high-priority initiatives, coordinate across departments, and ensure leadership is able to operate at maximum capacity without distraction.
In a fast-paced environment where we manage a significant volume of cases daily, I focus on creating structure, improving operational efficiency, and anticipating needs before they arise. Whether it’s managing complex scheduling, supporting internal operations, assisting with firm initiatives, or helping execute long-term growth strategies, my goal is always the same: keep things moving seamlessly so our team can continue delivering exceptional service while scaling the business to even greater heights.
I’m someone who values connection, family, and creating meaningful experiences, both professionally and personally. I would describe myself as a balance of introvert and extrovert: I love being around people and building relationships, but I also appreciate quiet moments to recharge.
I come from a large Italian family, and my heritage is a huge part of who I am. Family, tradition, hospitality, and strong relationships have always been at the center of my life and continue to influence how I show up both personally and professionally.
Outside of work, I love traveling, spending time near the water, and staying active. I’m passionate about health and wellness, enjoy going to the gym, exploring flea and farmers
markets, and spending quality time with my family, and my Mini Australian Shepherd, Vinci who absolutely runs my world!
I attended Central Michigan University, where I earned my degree in Event Management and Business with minors in Communications and Leadership.
During college, I also served as Vice President of my sorority, where I developed strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills early on. Balancing academics, event planning, leadership responsibilities, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment helped shape the strong operational and people-focused mindset I bring into my career today.
My professional background has always centered around operations, organization, client experience, and high-level executive support.
I began my career in the events industry as a Corporate Events & Experience Specialist, where I managed large-scale events, logistics, and client experiences in fast-paced environments. Following the shift brought on by COVID, I transitioned into banking, serving as both a Senior Administrative Coordinator and Senior Relationship Banker, where I strengthened my operational, client service, and organizational expertise.
From there, I took on a dual-role opportunity in Illinois as the Executive Assistant to the President of a global $6B+ home appliance company while also supporting the Human Resources team. That experience further developed my ability to operate in high-pressure executive environments, manage competing priorities, and support leadership at a strategic level. Ultimately, I returned to Michigan and found my home at The Probate Pro, a firm whose fast-paced, people-focused culture aligned perfectly with both my professional background and personality
