I am an attorney at The Probate Pro office in Lake Mary, Florida. I mainly focus on the administration of estates, ensuring that legal and financial matters are handled correctly. I serve as a liaison between the court, beneficiaries, creditors, and others involved in the probate process. As a probate attorney, my main goal is to streamline the legal process of settling an estate, minimize disputes, and ensure compliance with the probate rules. My work week consists of advising personal representatives of their duties and responsibilities; filing the necessary documents with the probate court; identifying and inventorying assets; notifying creditors of pending probate matters and handling outstanding debt; distributing estates according to the terms of the decedent’s will or according to state law; resolving disputes; and closing estates. I occasionally assist with other transactional areas of law related to real estate and estate planning.
I am a South Florida native, with Caribbean roots. I love travelling with my family and friends, and spending my weekends at Disney, shopping at the outlets, going to local events and pop ups, and exploring a new town/city. I enjoy cooking and experimenting with new recipes. I’m always trying out new restaurants (that I find on Instagram or TikTok). I try to live my life to the fullest and cherish the moments I have with my loved ones.
