I maintain open communication with clients, addressing their questions and concerns about the process. Additionally, I assist attorneys in gathering relevant information and keep our systems updated according to deadlines and the reports we sent to the Mass Tort Firms. I also serve as a bridge between Mass Tort Firms, clients and attorneys, facilitating communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
I am from Barranquilla, Colombia. In my free time, I love reading, studying about different topics, listening to good music and watching movies. I also greatly enjoy exercising daily.
I have experience in customer service, legal assistance, and judicial internships. I worked as a Customer Service Representative at Quantica BPO, handling technological tools and problem-solving. As a Judicial Assistants in different Colombian government entities, I provided assistance on managing legal cases, investigate cases, and drafting legal documents. All these experiences and skills I learned have allowed me to get the current position I have as a Legal Assistant at The Probate Pro.
I have a Law degree from Libre University of Colombia, complemented by a Commercial High School Education where I got a technical degree on Payroll and Social Benefits. Also, I had the opportunity to learn English with the Foreign Languages course at the Atlántico University.
