Hon. Daniel J. Kelly

  • Judge Kelly was appointed to the court in 1994 by former Governor John Engler. On November 4, 2008, he was re-elected to his current six-year term, ending on January 1, 2015. On November 4, 2014, Kelly was re-elected unopposed for another six-year term commencing on January 1, 2015, and expiring on December 31, 2020.

Hon. John D. Tomlinson

  • Judge Tomlinson current term expired on January 1, 2019. Judge Tomlinson graduated from Michigan Statute University in 1987 and obtained his JD from University of Detroit in 1991.

Hon. Elwood Brown

  • Judge Brown received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and his J.D. degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. On November 4, 2014, Brown was re-elected unopposed for another six-year term commencing on January 1, 2015 which expires on December 31, 2020.
