Hon. Vivian T. Corvo

  • Judge Corvo received her B.S. degree (in advertising) from the University of Florida and her J.D. degree from the University of Houston College of Law. Judge Corvo is a former assistant state attorney and assistant public defender. She was elected to the circuit court in 1996.

Hon. Ronald Ficarrotta

  • Judge Ficarrotta received his B.S. degree in Advertising from the University of Florida in 1979 and his J.D. degree from the South Texas College of Law in 1982. He also attended Magdalen College in Oxford, England, where he received a diploma in international law in 1982. Judge Ficarrotta began his career in 1983 as a prosecutor at the State Attorney’s Office in Tampa. He later became a felony division chief of that office. In 1994, then-Gov. Lawton Chiles appointed him the Hillsborough County Court.
