While we like to keep things light, the community initiatives led by our founder, Darren Findling, are especially close to our hearts. Learn more below.
In honor of Fred S. Findling, a Holocaust survivor, immigrant, dedicated attorney, and loving Father to our Founder, Darren – The Probate Pro established the Fred S. Findling Memorial Immigrant Scholarship to support undergraduate students in achieving their educational goals.
Inspired by Fred’s resilience and pursuit of the American Dream, this scholarship reflects our commitment to diversity, equity, and opportunity for all. We believe every immigrant deserves the chance to reach their full potential, just as Fred did.
Through this scholarship, we continue his legacy by investing in the futures of those who, like him, refuse to give up. Learn more at our scholarship page.

The East Africa country of Rwanda is healing from a genocide and emerging from an economy dominated by labor-intensive subsistence agriculture.
Rwanda is peaceful and stable with warm and welcoming citizens. But there are few playgrounds and soccer fields for children to explore imaginative play and there is a lack of affordable housing.
See Far Housing built 52 apartments in Rwanda’s capital, Kigali, that includes a playground and soccer field open to the public.
The Ziggy Playground opened in July 2022 and is named in honor of Fred S. Findling, who was affectionately known as “Ziggy”. Fred was an orphaned survivor of the Holocaust who never lost his childhood spark. Fred raised four children on his own and adopted two more. He fought for civil rights in the U.S. and was a constant champion of the underdog. Fred passed away in 2019 at 88 years old. We suspect he’d be delighted at the idea of children gleefully playing in a place he inspired.
