Attorney

What I Do At The Probate Pro

My primary responsibility at The Probate Pro is to manage the flow of new cases that come into the office, making sure the process is as seamless as possible for the client. If you are referred to our office or are calling with probate-related questions, I am likely one of the first attorneys you will be working with. I am also responsible for preparing the legal documents that are filed with the probate court to establish new guardianship, conservatorship, and deceased estates. There are many things that I enjoy about working at the Probate Pro, including the people I work with, the opportunity to assist our clients, and the challenge of mastering a constantly changing area of law.

Who I Am

While interning at the Shiawassee County Circuit Court, I was inspired both personally and professionally by the Honorable Gerald Lostracco, who consistently demonstrated the importance and value of being the most prepared person in the courtroom every day. I try to uphold that same dedication and work ethic in all of my endeavors as an attorney.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending my time with family and friends. Although I am not a huge fan of the cold winters in Michigan, there is no place I would rather be in the summer. Every summer, my family spends several weekends at our cabin in northern Michigan. I am an avid fisherman and, while at the cabin, I spend the majority of my time out on the dock or in my kayak with a line in the water.

I am also a sports fanatic, and enjoy following the Spartans and all of the Detroit professional teams. My wife and I try to make at least one Michigan State football game each fall and normally attend some Tigers’ games in the summer.
