As the Director of Finance I get to combine my life’s two great passions analysis and growing businesses. What this means is I am responsible for analyzing and forecasting financial trends in every aspect of the firm. If it can be quantified, tracked and become a tool for driving efficiency and business growth you will find me working on it knee deep in spreadsheets with a HUGE smile on my face. Even better I then get to educate and advise my fellow coworkers on how each of them can impact these metrics and play a vital role in The Probate Pro’s continued success. I am a die-hard Detroit Lions and NFL fan! If you want to chat draft, fantasy leagues, and post-game press conferences I am your girl. I even dressed up as Matt Patricia for a Halloween party, and won of course. Now that should be my profile picture! When it’s not football season I love to golf, hang with my family on the pontoon, and spend a ridiculous amount of time playing outside with my red Golden Retriever “Guinness”!
A long running joke amongst my family and friends is the question of what I haven’t done. I am a very curious individual and always want to know how thing function which has taken me in many directions. During my high school and college years I often worked 4-5 part-time jobs at a time in different industries. I have poured concrete, built airplanes, was a nursing assistant, in charge of song and dance and Chuck E. Cheese, worked with special needs children and at risk teens, ran high and low ropes courses, was a controller, a banker, a security guard, and in VIP hospitality. Most importantly I can tell you that what they have all taught me is that no matter what your job title is nothing is more universally critical and valuable than how you show up for people. From interaction with your clients, your coworkers, your bosses and your employees nothing drives success like openness, honesty and a genuine interest the betterment of those around you and the business at hand.
