As one of several legal assistants in the office, I provide support on various projects to the attorneys and our probate administrator regarding probate litigation, deceased estates, trust estates, guardianships, and conservatorships.
I originally hail from Northern Michigan, but have been living in the Detroit Metropolitan area since 1986. My life outside of work is also very full. I am married and have been blessed with three beautiful children. I love to spend time with my family and friends, and am my happiest when I can escape to Florida’s beaches with my family. I also enjoy cooking and baking, especially with my son, Gregory, who is an aspiring chef. I am also involved with his youth group through our Church. Just as my work life has been dedicated to the legal field, so has a good chunk of my free time. Several bookshelves in my home are reserved for John Grisham and his series of legal thrillers. And life just wouldn’t be complete if I didn’t find a way to connect every situation to a scene from Frasier, my all-time favorite TV show.
Before joining The Probate Pro in November of 2015, I spent 26 years at UAW Legal Services Plant. I have worked at several different offices throughout my career, serving as both support staff and as an office manager. These roles were very challenging, but all of the experience and knowledge continues to help me help others at The Probate Pro.
